Anyone who needs a new business domain name! Our clients are mostly start-ups and entrepreneurs. However, we also serve people looking to name a blog or product as well as change the name of their existing company and give it a new fresh image.
I don't see a word that matches my business. Do you have new domain names?
We constantly add new domain names, so make sure to sign up for our newsletter so that we can keep you up to date. And make sure not to rule out names that don't have a specific meaning, or that don't have keywords related to your product or service.
Why would I want a domain that has nothing to do with my product/service?
Sometimes it can be even more brandable! Think about Google. Their brand is now a verb. Or to use an example from BrandBucket, YoPod means nothing; however one's association to the term iPod makes it perfect for music. Remember you can add your own personal voice and feel to any generic and brandable domain name.
How much do your domains cost?
We have a wide variety of prices, but you'll find that our names are far less expensive than most domain aftermarket sites. And unlike other domain listings, our names are filtered to meet the BrandBucket criteria.
How do you value your domain names?
First we check the name's score against our brand ranking criteria. This is the main factor. Next we evaluate how many inquiries and page views the name has seen. This shows us the general interest in the name, and the more interest, the higher the price.
When I buy the domain, do I own it completely?
Yes, it is 100% yours. No renting, leasing or licensing. The domain is transferred to an account that you own, and it is then yours to use (or not use) as you please.
When I buy the domain, do I get the logo that comes with it?
Yes. Our names have sample logos that were created especially for that name and you will receive the logo along with its original files with your purchase. Since they are created specifically for that name, there is no discount if you buy the name and decide not to use the image. currently we are showcasing one logo per domain, but soon we will have up to three logo showcased and you can pick one of them when purchasing the domain.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal transfers as well. We sometime consider wire transfers and eCheck, please request that beforehand.
Do you accept barter deals or any other form of trade?
We apologize, but we do not accept barter deals or trading offers. Most of the domains are not owned by BrandBucket and are listed for sale for a set price.
How fast is the domain transfer?
This process can take anywhere between 1-8 business days. Since many of the domains on BrandBucket are listed by domain owners we have no say with regards to the registrars used or the time it takes. We do however recommend godaddy as they seem to be the fastest with most. The transfer process begins once payment has been received. Note that while most payment forms are instant (such as credit cards and PayPal), others may take up to to 10 business days (eCheck and wire transfer).
What level of support do you give?
We help you all the way through. And we're live humans here. No robots, off-shore workers, or support sites you have to deal with.
